Program/Session Information
Run Blocking:
OTB has a run blocking philosophy that includes 4 steps:
Step 1: Run off the ball
Step 2: Get off the ball with adequate posture (Crown to chin)
Step 3: Engage in all points of contact
Step 4: Finish the block
This run blocking philosophy consists of ideas that college and NFL coaches/athletes use on a play to play basis
Mastering this technique will ensure you to operate as a well rounded offensive lineman that college coaches look for in the recruiting process.
Pass Blocking:
Pass protection is one of the most difficult techniques to master as an offensive lineman.
OTB pass protection development utilizes a technique that college and NFL coaches/athletes use on a play to play basis.
OTB takes key points and information about pass protection from various techniques to enhance your knowledge about all different pass protection styles around the football community.
General Knowledge:
General football knowledge is one of the primary aspects for athletes to become a well rounded offensive lineman and enable you to excel at a high level.
General knowledge is a topic that many offensive lineman your age are not aware of.
Here at OTB we stress being able to recognize defensive fronts, know your personal, and the nature of communication within your unit.

Speed and Power training (Run time- 1hr 15min)
Sessions will then consist of a mix of 3 aspects

Pass Blocking Technique/ Knowledge
General offensive line Knowledge
Group/Unit Focused:
OTB is a group/unit focused training style
In order to learn majority of the techniques that are taught, there must be a group involved due to certain drills that we focus on.
Private sessions focus only on the singular techniques that can be learned from the program.
We strongly suggest groups to foster collaboration from other high level high school athletes and create a strong relationship with athletes from various schools.
